I'd rather you learned this from me than from a forum at 2am.
I grew up in South Africa with sex education that amounted to a warning and a diagram. Everything else I learned late, awkwardly, and often wrongly. When I started asking around, almost everyone I knew had the same story.
So I built the place I needed at twenty-two. Accurate, unembarrassed, and written like a conversation instead of a pamphlet.

My qualifications, plainly
I'm a trained sex educator. I am not a doctor, nurse, psychologist, physiotherapist or therapist, and I am not registered with any medical council. I can explain how bodies work, what the research says, and what questions are worth asking. I cannot examine you, diagnose you or prescribe anything.
Where an article touches on something clinical, it is checked by a healthcare professional before it goes up, and the sources are listed at the bottom so you can read them yourself.
What I do
- Explain the basics properly, in plain language
- Answer anonymous questions publicly, without identifying anyone
- Point you to clinicians, helplines and services in South Africa
- Update articles when the evidence moves
What I don't
- Diagnose, prescribe, or stand in for your doctor
- Tell you what you should want or should be doing
- Publish anything explicit without a note first
- Take money to say something is good
